We recently added a section 125 flexible spending plan to our benefits program. Bill Faber and FlexSave were great to work with and made understanding how this benefit works easy for not only those of us who administer the plan, but also for our employees.  The time he spent educating our employees saved the Human Resources department hours, and the options FlexSave provide, such as the debit card, really make this benefit flexible!  As far as cost, I received proposals from 9 companies, and FlexSave was among the lowest bidders.

When we had sevice issues with a previous administrator, Macomb Community College selected FlexSave of America as a solution for sevicing our flexible health care spending accounts.  We've been with FlexSave for 18 months now and all of our employees seem very pleased with the service.  My personal experience has been even better than I expected.  It's a real pleasure to be able to speak immediatley and directly with a live person to resolve account questions.  The level of service is exceptional and the company offers a variety of ways to submit claims or requested documentation; by phone, on-line and by email.  Reimbursements are processed usually with a one day turnaround and electronic deposits right to your bank account make the service very prompt and painless.  All of our employees should be using FlexSave of America to manage their health care spending.

Working with Bill Faber and FlexSave America has been a real pleasure. We had no problems setting up our 125 program. The program is very cost effective and it is a wonderful benefit for our employees.

One of the great advantages of FlexSave is the Flex Card. The card is similar to a debit card and can be used to pay prescription co-pays, doctor office visits and dental. It's easy to use and accepted almost anywhere a credit card is used. The Flex Card website provides easy access to participant account balances, history and statement. A lost or stolen card can be reported online as well.
